    Thinova has been engaged in production, research and sales on sintered Nd-Fe-B magnetic material for more than 17 years, which is one of the earliest-established production factories.

◆   HIGH GRADE

◆  ADVANCED SURFACE TREATMENT
 
    Thinova lays particular emphasis on surface treatment. For a long term, Thinova has cooperated with Tsinghua University to make a comprehensive study aiming at surface treatment of Nd-Fe-B,and established a set of scientific production process and test methods, so that the standard of surface treatment in our company holds a safe lead within the whole country. The quality of plating is approved and favorably commented by domestic and foreign customers. We can deal with coating Zn, Sn, Ni, Ni-Cu-Ni, Ni-Cu-Ni-Ni, Epoxy and Chemical Ni. Meanwhile, we can also engage in coating Ni-P, which has comparatively less magnetic permeability, makes magnetic shield to be reduced, and develops the role of Nd-Fe-B within the highest degree.

◆  HIGH-TEMPERATURE STABILITY

     Through adding microelements, changing microstructure and reducing high-temperature irreversible loss, the products of 35TH, 38TH (TH for short) produced by our company can replace the products of SH, UH in the present market, which are better than the products of SH,UH on temperature stability, and their magnetic property can reach 36-38 MGOe, while the cost of which is lower than the products of UH, so TH possesses great superiority in the application of electric machine.

◆  Advanced Techniques

     We adopted the most advanced techniques, which is combined vacuum strip together with hydrogen decrepitation.In this way, stability, high performance and competitive cost of our product can be guaranteed.

◆  RELIABLE QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM

     In 1997, Thinova passed Bosch Quality Assurance System Audit. We have set up a set of quality management system conforming to the requirements of customers. In 2000, we were approved by ISO9000. In 2003, Thinova also passed ISO9001:2000 Certification. In 2005, we were approved by TS16949.

◆  PATENT LICENSE

    In 2000,Thinova purchased the patent license from Japanese SUMITOMO(SSMC) and American MAGNEQUENCH(MQI), with which we can sell Sintered Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet of high performance to all the customers in the licensed countries and regions.
