Plastic Over-molded Magnet
Insert-molding is a robust, cost-effective method of assembling a permanent magnet with other hardware and incorporating non-magnetic features for downstream handling and assembly. For some applications the plastic over-molding provides additional corrosion protection for the magnet. We are able to provide assemblies using a full range of engineered polymers. Customers who have concerns about the durability of glued magnet assemblies can consult us for an appropriate solution using insert-molding. Thinova is among the few magnet producers in China that have this capability in-house.
